1. Corporate mergers and acquisitions
Mergers and acquisitions are being used increasingly to pursue competitive advantage and shareholder value maximization in the highly competitive and dynamic business world influenced by economy globalization and technological innovation. This unique and interdisciplinary curriculum is a necessary tool for managerial analysts to successfully analyse and execute mergers, acquisitions and corporate reorganizations.
In this course, we will also discuss the "private equity cycle", which includes private equity financing and structure, investment initiation, investment valuation, investment decisions, strategy and value creation, investment management, and exit strategies.

2. Leadership
A good team needs good leadership. How to be a truly inspiring and enlightening leader? Although it will take time and effort, nothing more can bring satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment than being a good leader. This course will help you understand leadership roles, leadership styles, issues faced by leaders, and team development. This will be greatly helpful to leaders in teamwork.

3. Strategic management
Strategic management is the appropriate strategic choice and procedure for the achievement of strategic objectives. In a complex and changing world, how can achieve strategic management in reality? This course will provide answers to this question.
